Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: 6pm-6am, hours may flex
Education :4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
Experience :Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
What You'll Do: Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.
