As a SHM Business Process Owner, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Citizens, or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. No company sponsorship will be offered. Responsibilities Collect and analyze the needs of one or more existing functions or organizations. Design, update, reengineer and improve processes respecting the strategic orientations of the company and the group, integrating the associated budgetary elements. Implement and ensure the organizational and functional coherence of the information system(s). Identify, design, update and document, based on Business vision, all processes he/she is owning, with a goal of process alignment from all BUs. Based on a “Best Value for Money” and standard COTS approaches, identify, define and design processes or part of the processes to be supported by the IS. Collect, Understand and Write business requirements. Contribute to Enterprise Architecture analysis & simplification. Execute on site scope analysis prior deployment stage. Communicate detail of the processes to the Business organization (for execution) and establish loops to permanently improve those processes thru Lean or Six Sigma (Safran+) initiatives. Formalize operating principles, “As IS” and “To Be” processes and organization. Organize and coordinate international network through Team Building animation (workshops, BPR, conf calls…). Contribute to the solution verification before User Acceptance Test. Set up management by Processes and Data quality management with BPI. Help to define and plan the necessary trainings. Contribute to priorities management and roadmap for eWInS Project. Is the process expert referent for Support team when required (Project or Run mode). Point of contact for any information related to the process. Other duties may be assigned.
