Speech Language Pathologist - Post-Acute Care Impact

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) We are seeking licensed speech-language pathologists to provide therapy services for resident patients at our post-acute care facilities. The role requires conducting evaluations, assessments, and delivering treatments in accordance with the patient’s individualized care plan.
