Food Operations Manager 1

Sodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a Food Operations Manager at The Club CLE in Cleveland, OH. An oasis away from the airport hustle, our airport lounges have become synonymous for comfort and elegance at major airports

This position is responsible for all operations pertaining to culinary standards, ordering product, inventory, Food and Bar program training, and financial reporting. This role is also focused on maintaining Sodexo's Health and Safety standards.

Join a leadership role responsible for overseeing on-site food service operations and delivering exceptional service outcomes. This position drives operational performance, financial results, and client satisfaction through effective team leadership, safety oversight, and strategic execution.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $56270 per year - $72820 per year

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 2 - 3 years
• Related Experience: 2 - 3 years
