Role Description This is a part-time or full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Biddeford, Maine. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with various orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions using individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercise programs, providing patient and caregiver education, and documenting care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with referring providers and other healthcare professionals, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. Participation in clinical meetings, quality improvement efforts, and continuing education activities is expected. Qualifications Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to outpatient rehabilitation settings. Demonstrated skills in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and outcome-focused Current state license (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT or equivalent). Effective communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and manage a varied caseload safely and efficiently.
