Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing

About the Role This role is responsible for providing human resources leadership at a manufacturing facility, focusing on implementing HR processes and promoting a performance-driven culture. The position plays a crucial part in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead talent management processes, including staffing, performance management, employee development, and succession planning. Provide strategic HR counsel to plant managers and regional leadership. Manage labor and employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulations. Administer employee benefit and compensation programs. Collaborate with health and safety management to improve safety performance and reduce costs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of three years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems required. Experience with labor relations in a unionized environment strongly preferred.
