Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological states, ensuring accurate diagnoses and a deep understanding of their needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans informed by best practices, client feedback, and clinical guidelines.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy modalities, tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed, focusing on achieving defined therapeutic goals.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support, equipping clients with strategies to manage acute mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to mental health documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and facilitate referrals to additional services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits
