JOB DETAILS
- PAY RATE: $235,000- $390,000 Per Annum
- WORK TYPE: Permanent
- WORK PATTERN: Full Time
- LOCATION: Washington DC
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns
- Capital markets transactions and international transactions,
- Advising on some combination of mergers and acquisitions
- Experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- 2-6 years of tax experience
- AB LLM is preferred, but not required
- High level of motivation
- High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognised law school.
