Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Tax Associate to join their team based in the Washington DC area.

JOB DETAILS

PAY RATE: $235,000- $390,000 Per Annum
WORK TYPE: Permanent
WORK PATTERN: Full Time
LOCATION: Washington DC

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Preparing and reviewing tax returns
Capital markets transactions and international transactions,
Advising on some combination of mergers and acquisitions
Experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

2-6 years of tax experience
AB LLM is preferred, but not required
High level of motivation
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognised law school.
