Assist physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures. Operate advanced imaging and hemodynamic equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and vascular system.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification from CCI preferred. Preferred item is not required but will be considered first.
• Interventional experience required. Candidates without interventional cath lab experience will not be considered.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• State licensure as required by Texas.
• Experience with Philips and Siemens imaging systems preferred.
• Experience with MERGE Hemo and Meditech Expanse EMR systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EP, IR, or vascular procedures.
• Familiarity with procedures such as EPS, PVI, PPM, LT and RT HC, PCI.
• Experience mentoring or educating junior staff.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–19:00.
• On-call requirement: at least 10 on-call shifts per month.
• Typical unit staffing: 3 rooms, approximately 11 staff, day shift staffing includes 1 charge, 3 techs, 3 nurses (4x10 hour schedule).
• Patient staffing ratio: generally 3 staff per case.
• Scrub attire: surgical scrubs provided.
