Medical Receptionist – Immediate Opening
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team immediately. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
No experience required — training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Check patients in and out
Collect co-payments and process patient payments
Obtain and record vital signs for new patients
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Manage and screen online appointment requests
Prepare and clean treatment rooms
Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
Basic computer skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
