We're recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for an exciting new restaurant opening in Daytona Beach, FL with an established, growing Asian-inspired fast-casual concept.

This isn't a takeover of an existing operation. You'll have the opportunity to help launch a brand-new location, build and develop your team, establish the culture, and lead the restaurant through opening and beyond.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll assist the General Manager with the restaurant's people, performance, and guest experience. You'll be highly visible in the operation—assisting in maintaining standards, managing financial performance, and creating an environment where both employees and guests want to come back.

You'll:

• Assist in leading daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach
• Create an engaging, accountable team culture
• Deliver exceptional food quality and guest service
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and restaurant financial performance
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational execution
• Drive sales and build relationships within the Daytona Beach community
• Develop future leaders and create a strong bench for continued growth

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with Assistant Manager experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading a high-volume fast-casual or casual dining operation
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain great teams
• Hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not the office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality, food quality, and developing people
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
