Responsibilities Elevate brand visibility by speaking at industry conferences, contributing to white papers, and maintaining a robust network of influencers and alliances. Represent the firm in the market and participate in industry events, conferences, and client forums. Collaborate with partners, practitioners, and practice leads to shape service offerings. Define service offerings, pricing models, and partner ecosystems. Establish and maintain relationships with key technology partners to drive platform insights. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead business development efforts, including proposals, pitches, and solution design. Establish and deepen relationships with executive sponsors (CEO, CFO, CIO) as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with clients to define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and deliver against them. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and win net‑new business through compelling proposals and thought leadership. Own P&L for client portfolios—manage project scoping, budgeting, staffing, and financial performance to hit margin targets. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (strategy, technology, change management, analytics) and external partners to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions. Leverage proven methodologies and emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics) to solve complex problems. Define and enforce rigorous quality gates, peer reviews, and standardized templates to uphold high standards. Proactively identify project risks, navigate challenges, and ensure timely course correction. Set clear KPIs (delivery velocity, NPS, utilization rates), track progress, and lead retrospectives to embed improvements. Demonstrate executive presence in client leadership connections and with Armanino partners to deliver succinct key messages. Own the financial performance of the portfolio—monitor revenue, margins, and take corrective action for profitability. Forecast demand, build bench strength, and allocate consultants to optimize utilization and maintain bench health. Curate, refine, and scale proprietary frameworks, accelerators, and tooling for engagement efficiency. Establish and enforce best practices for risk management, project governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Lead recruitment efforts, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Drive consulting‑wide people initiatives and embody the firm's PVA values to enhance employee engagement and retention. Streamline internal processes—including tool selection and knowledge management—to improve productivity and support scalable growth. Implement and monitor strategic initiatives by leveraging team skills and collaborating with other practice areas to achieve measurable outcomes. Qualifications Minimum 12 years of experience in a top‑tier consulting firm or equivalent leadership role. Demonstrated success in managing executive‑level client relationships. Proven track record of growing consulting revenue and leading delivery teams. Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Digital Transformation, ERP, Cloud, Finance & Accounting, Strategy, Data & Analytics, or industry‑specific solutions. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Compensation For Colorado residents: $191,800 – $269,400. For Washington, Illinois, New York, and Southern California residents: $217,500 – $296,300. For Northern California residents: $227,400 – $309,800. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
