Job Description

Floor Tech – Full-Time Day Shift7:00am–3:00pm | Solon Pointe

Solon Pointe is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Floor Tech to support both our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Assisted Living (AL) communities.

This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, families, and staff.

Day Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm

Responsibilities

Strip, wax, buff, and maintain floors throughout the SNF and AL buildings
Operate floor machines and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Assist housekeeping team as needed
Help create a clean and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

Qualifications

Previous floor care experience preferred
Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
