The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering with leaders and employees to build a positive, engaged workplace. This role will support all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, training, and HR operations.

salary: $75,000 - $82,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

The Human Resources Generalist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department for a manufacturing facility specializing in small animal products. This role is responsible for administering HR programs, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, training, and employee engagement.
