This role focuses on day‑to‑day restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and leadership development. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. Develop, direct, and supervise a team to attain sales and profit objectives. Maintain the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. Guide team members toward becoming General Managers. Live with integrity, project a positive image, and provide personal attention to every customer. Anticipate customer needs, respond to dissatisfaction, and maintain a disciplined, can‑do attitude. Communicate candidly with tact and a positive spin. Qualifications Experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager. Experience at any of the following brands is highly desirable: Toppers Pizza, Papa Murphy’s, Chick‑Fil‑A, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Burger King, Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, KFC, Arby’s, Panera Bread. Strong desire to succeed with a self‑disciplined, can‑do attitude. Ability to work voluntarily and adapt to a flexible schedule. Willingness to attend paid training and advance to a General Manager position.
