Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Wake Forest Health Network, LLC
As a Physical Therapist – Outpatient, you will provide evaluations and evidence-based treatment for patients in a clinic setting, developing functional goals and care plans across age groups. You will document assessments, progress, and discharge notes accurately, support patient and family education, and collaborate with physicians and staff. The role also contributes to clinical quality and efficiency initiatives and may help educate or supervise PT and PTA students in the outpatient department.
