Analyze customer requests, conduct research, and determine appropriate solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to document interactions, research account information, and resolve customer concerns. Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve issues, provide technical support, and strengthen client relationships. Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center, banking, or financial services environment. Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations, build rapport, overcome objections, and provide creative solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including intermediate proficiency in grammar and spelling. Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to quickly navigate multiple systems, adapt to new technology, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and adapting to changing processes and procedures. Location must be listed on the candidate's resume to be considered. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry. 1-3 years of experience working in a call center environment.
