Travel School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Rifle, Colorado

Position Details

• Position: Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Rifle, CO
• Schedule: Full-time, school-based
• Student Population: Students of all ages (PreK–12)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology license
• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider/Teaching Certification required
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide therapy services for students across multiple grade levels.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support students' communication and academic success through evidence-based practices.
