Required Skills & Experience Must Haves • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, finance, or public accounting • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical reporting deadlines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience Nice to Haves • CPA or currently pursuing a CPA • Experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting research

Job Description Day-to-Day • Prepare SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, and financial disclosures) • Support external audits and provide requested documentation • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances • Manage Planful and other financial reporting systems • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and reporting tools • Partner with accounting teams during month-end and quarter-end close • Assist with acquisitions, lender reporting, SOX, and compliance efforts • Support ESG reporting and regulatory requirements • Contribute to special projects and process improvements
