Documentation System/EMR: Epic Number of Exam Rooms: 3 Number of Radiologists in Practice: 9 Description of Support Staff: Mammography Technologists, Director, Receptionists, IT, PACS Do You Use Teleradiology?: Yes, but not for Mammography Patient Age Demographic: adult, geriatric Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months if MA licensed Facility will reimburse for the following: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car Procedures Required: Mammography Breast procedures Submission Requirements Board Certified - ABR - REQUIRED MA License - REQUIRED Conversion rate cap 25k- REQUIRED Certification Requirements Board Certified State License Requirements Massachusetts
