Join Our Team as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician

We are currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to become part of the largest MFM group in Central Iowa. Our well-established and collaborative team offers a comprehensive range of consultative and co-managed care for both routine and high-risk pregnancies.

Job Opportunity Highlights

• Collaborate with a team consisting of 2 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Engage in 36 patient contact hours per week, spread over 5 days.
• Participate in on-call duties at a frequency of 1 in 3.
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 30 individuals daily.
• Provide extensive MFM care, including advanced fetal imaging, prenatal diagnosis, genetic counseling, and diabetes management (Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes).
• Work alongside ARDMS (FE) Board Certified Sonographers.
• Utilize telehealth services to reach patients in Mason City, Waterloo, Pella, and Newton.
• Employ the EHR system: Epic.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary starting at $576,576, with additional production incentives.
• Recruitment bonus of $100,000.
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000.
