Description: The facility has been serving the healthcare needs of the community since December of 1978. It offers a licensed 343-bed facility providing acute medical care services to patients. The hospital campus features multiple medical office buildings and pharmacies. Values include integrity, compassion, respect, and excellence. Excellence is achieved by combining these core values, evidencing commitment through metrics and indicators. Unit specifics include a bed capacity of 25 with patient ratios of 1:25. The team consists of unit secretaries and tech availability, along with specialized documentation systems. The schedule consists of Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts and no on-call requirements. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork within the department and a good skill mix between social workers and nurses.
