Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse (Charge RN) – Operating Room to lead and coordinate daily surgical operations in a high-volume perioperative services unit . This role is responsible for overseeing patient flow, staffing coordination, surgical case management, and clinical leadership within the OR, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday – Friday (5x8 schedule)
• Full-time, direct hire position

Pay

• Min $36.47/hour - Max: $48/hr (based on Charge RN experience level) Negotiable

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Oklahoma or compact license required
• Minimum 2 years OR circulating experience (required)
• Must have orthopedic and neuro surgery experience
• Charge Nurse or leadership experience required
• Strong understanding of perioperative nursing, surgical workflows, and OR protocols
• CNOR certification preferred
• Epic EMR experience is a plus

• Experienced OR Circulating RN ready for Charge Nurse leadership
• Strong background in orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures
• Skilled in team coordination, surgical flow management, and clinical decision-making
• Confident working in high-volume operating room environments (12–30+ cases/day)
