Provide clinical care in the NICU and attendance at some deliveries The schedule includes a combination of 12 or 24 hour shifts Practice strives to incorporate current best practices and evidence-based medicine into their care Group participates in the Vermont Oxford Network Practice offers a robust multi-disciplinary QI program Experienced NNPs preferred, but new grads will be considered Community: With Columbia\'s high percentage of college graduates, strong economy, affordable housing and deep ties to education, it has been recognized as a desirable small city with a college-town feel.
