Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to provide skilled evaluation and intervention for home health patients in a community-based setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, and supporting patient independence through home modifications, caregiver training, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Utilizes Home Care Home Base for documentation and maintains a productivity expectation of approximately 30 points per week. Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and an active Michigan OT license. Preferred candidates have experience with home safety assessments, ADL training, splinting, and adaptive equipment, but new graduates are considered. Must have reliable transportation to travel within about a one-hour radius of hub cities and be able to complete a video interview.
