Job Description: We are looking for a committed Physical Therapy assistant to help our patients in our Sarasota and Venice locations to act as the patients partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion prevention diagnosis treatment or intervention and rehabilitation.

Position Summary: We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with strong manual therapy abilities and a passion for helping patients with chronic pain conditions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working closely with both physical therapists and patients taking initiative in treatment delivery and adapting care plans to meet each patients needs.

Qualifications: Current Florida PTA license (required). Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques. Experience working with chronic pain or musculoskeletal conditions preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic sites.
