University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide quality care and support to our clients in Lake Angelus, MI. As a Personal Support Worker, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, promote their independence, and enhance their overall well-being in a comfortable and safe environment. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and clients’ progress.
Follow care plans and follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar care giving role is plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Ability to pass background checks.
Must be available to work flexible hours as needed.
