Business Analyst

Business Analyst-III
This role supports the gift card business at the client, with responsibilities including:
- Tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing activity.
- Setting up new tests and campaigns to validate business concepts before they are built and launched.
- Analyzing support inquiries related to gift cards and identifying/solving top problem drivers leading to customer complaints for the business.
The position requires working cross-functionally across the New Verticals Organization and broader client team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Microsoft Office products or Google productivity suites, specifically Sheets and Docs.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets.
- Experience working in finance or with financial models.
- Experience building budget trackers.
- Background in technology is a plus.
- SQL experience is a plus.
