Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve in a public school to provide daily academic and social-emotional support to students. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you’ll deliver small-group and one-on-one tutoring, reinforce classroom instruction, and build strong mentoring relationships. You’ll collaborate with teachers and a diverse AmeriCorps team, receive ongoing training, and contribute to an inclusive, social-justice-focused culture while helping students stay on track to graduate.
