What You'll Do Perform skilled carpentry on residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-home renovations Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Complete framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other detailed finish work Work closely with project managers and fellow team members to keep projects on schedule Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites Troubleshoot field challenges and contribute practical solutions Mentor less experienced carpenters and lead by example Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers throughout each project What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Personal hand tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bonus Qualifications Experience with light plumbing or electrical work Interest in energy-efficient or sustainable building practices What Success Looks Like Successful team members: Deliver consistently high-quality craftsmanship on every project Help projects stay on schedule through teamwork and proactive communication Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Build positive relationships with homeowners and coworkers Take ownership of their work and contribute to a supportive team culture Continue developing their skills while helping others succeed Pay & Benefits $30-$39 per hour , based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Profit-sharing opportunities Tool stipend Company cell phone Paid holidays and Paid Time Off Potential company vehicle Ongoing training and career development Why Chads Design Build?
