Position Details Location: Tampa, FL Pay Range: $18.75 Schedule: Consistent 12-hour shifts (3-4 per week) Evening/Night (Wed‑Fri or Sun‑Tues alternating Saturdays): 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Rotating weekends required Competitive Benefits Package: Insurance Options – Major medical, dental, and vision coverage available. Career‑Oriented – Looking for growth opportunities and long‑term stability. Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years or older for unarmed security officer roles; 21+ for armed security guard roles. Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must pass a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening (where permitted by law). Security guard licensing/certification may be required depending on state or local regulations (must be obtained prior to employment). Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred but Not Required: Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
