Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, and balance training, and accurately document patient progress. The PTA will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, help educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on integrity, respect, and meaningful clinical outcomes.
