• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 24 months of current Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiac Cath (CCL), Interventional Radiology (IR) experience. - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/multistate license at time of submission. - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support). - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross BLS (Basic Life Support). - Skills Checklist specific to the discipline of Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, Interventional Radiology/IR. - Driver's License (document required). **Preferred Experience:** - EPIC CUPID electronic medical record experience. - Cardiac Cath lab experience. - Professional Reference/Reference Check from within 24 months (charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference). **Desired Experience:** - Travel experience.
