About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a well-established property management organization in the Denver Tech Center area to support their customer service operations during a short-term need. This role sits within a fast-paced, resident-focused environment with high phone and front-desk interaction.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a customer service professional to support daily resident and visitor interactions, handle inbound and outbound communications, and assist with basic administrative and maintenance coordination tasks. This position operates in an office-based, high-volume service setting where responsiveness and organization are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist onsite visitors and residents as they arrive
- Manage front entry duties, including monitoring and responding to doorbell/iPad check-ins
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Communicate with residents regarding maintenance updates and follow-ups
- Create and assign service requests using Salesforce
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate documentation of resident interactions
- Support general office flow in a structured, call-center-style environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or office support roles preferred
- Comfortable managing phone-based communication for most of the workday
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Professional communication and customer-first mindset
Additional Details:
- Full-time, 100% onsite schedule (standard business hours, MondayFriday)
- Temporary assignment (approximately 46 weeks)
