Warehouse Associate - 1st shift

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. 1st shift Warehouse Associate to join our team in Coldwater SHIFT HOURS Monday through Friday 6:00am-4:30pm STARTING HOURLY RATE $18.25-$21.80 with a potential increase after 90 days. ADDITIONAL PAY Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this position. Job Functions Unloading eggs and materials to be placed in designated areas such as dry storage, cooler or staging area, in a clean organized manner. Assisting with shipping/receiving shipments at other Cooper Farms locations when needed. Safely operating multiple types of forklifts when loading/unloading material/eggs. Must obtain certification to operate a Cooper Farms vehicle and be willing to travel to multiple warehouses. Responsible for scanning all incoming/outgoing materials, packaging and nest run eggs into the CAT² System. Responsible for wrapping, loading, and securing outbound products Requirements High School diploma is strongly preferred Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation is preferred.
