LAM Tree Service Inc. in Evergreen, Colorado is looking to hire an Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information (good note taking is must!)
- Attention to details, ability to proofread and spot check written work
- Effective communication with clients and team members
- Learning and understanding industry-specific language, work orders and reports
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Following company protocol to ensure the best customer service
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
