Are you an experienced Civil 3D professional ready to lead a CAD team and oversee survey deliverables from start to finish? Our client is looking for a Project Manager / CAD Supervisor to drive quality, manage production, and support residential and commercial surveying projects across Central Florida.

What You'll Do
• Manage and supervise the drafting team, assigning work and ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Review and perform quality assurance on boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and plat drawings.
• Maintain CAD standards, templates, and drafting procedures.
• Coordinate with field crews, licensed surveyors, and internal teams to resolve project issues.
• Monitor project schedules, turnaround times, and drafting quality.
• Train and mentor CAD team members while promoting best practices.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of survey or civil CAD production experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience leading or supervising drafting teams.
• Strong understanding of Florida survey requirements and platting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.
