Conduct thorough inspections and identify mechanical issues, promptly escalating complex problems for timely resolution. Support lead mechanics in executing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring all equipment remains fully operational. Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and safe work area, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Accurately document maintenance activities and spare parts usage to ensure up-to-date inventory and records. Participate actively in safety training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices. Collaborate with the team to improve maintenance processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
