Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Full-Time

Downriver Medical Associates | Internal Medicine | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Downriver Medical Associates is looking for a dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our busy, patient-focused internal medicine practice.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:

· Welcome and room patients while obtaining and documenting vital signs

· Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures

· Administer injections and medications as directed

· Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record

· Coordinate patient flow to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience

· Support daily clinical operations while working closely with physicians and staff

What We're Looking For

· Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred

· At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (internal medicine or primary care experience preferred)

· Experience with  EPIC EMR is a plus

· Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

· A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to outstanding patient care
