Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

CareRite Centers is seeking a per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. In this on-site role, you will deliver evidence-based treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping residents regain independence with daily activities, mobility, and self-care. You will assist with evaluations, implement personalized care plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a resident-centered, hospitality-driven environment focused on superior outcomes and quality of life.
