Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary liaison between customers and our service department. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences, overseeing service orders, and coordinating repairs and maintenance for heavy duty trucks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and promptly, either in person or over the phone, while assessing their service needs.
• Communicate to customers service recommendations, estimated costs, and any changes to repair orders while ensuring clear understanding and obtaining proper authorization.
• Coordinate service appointments and create comprehensive repair orders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of service history, vehicle information, and customer interactions, including customer comments and concerns, to assist technicians in diagnostics.
• Establish customer method of payment and obtain credit approval if necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns during or after service completion.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication by various methods such as in-person discussions, phone calls, and emails with customers and all company team members.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor and appearance.
• Uphold company standards in all customer interactions and service processes.
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and procedures throughout all aspects of the role.
• Keep work area clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Organized and friendly personality

• Valid driver's license and can meet insurability requirements
