Purpose of Position:
We are currently in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of workers involved in the fabrication assembly and processing of our companys products. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that production processes run efficiently and that the quality of the output meets our standards. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a team of workers implementing production schedules monitoring the quality of products and ensuring that safety and operational procedures are followed.

The Role

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring thesafeefficientand reliable delivery of daily production outputto meet customer demand.
Leading frontline production teams the roleis responsible fortranslating production plans into executionmaintainingclear communication across the value stream and ensuring that peoplematerialsand information are aligned to deliver operational targets.
This role is pivotal in driving daytodayperformanceidentifyingand escalating issues early and reinforcing a culture of accountabilityteamworkand continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Role Purpose

The Production Supervisor is accountable for:

• Delivering daily production requirements in line with customer demand and production plans
• Leading coordinating and developing production personnel to deliver safehigh-qualityoutput
• Acting as a key communication link between production teams and the Value Stream Manager
• Escalating safety qualitydeliveryor cost risks promptly and clearly
• Building a capableengagedand resilient team withappropriate staffingand skills coverage

Decision & Escalation Scope
The Production Supervisor is expected to :

• Make realtime decisions on labour allocation tasksequencingandshort-termproduction priorities
• Manage daytodaytrade-offswithin the shift tomaintainsafetyqualityand delivery
• Resolve Tier 1 issues independently using standard work andproblem solvingtools

Key Accountabilities

• Production Delivery
• Execute daily andshift basedproduction plans with high schedule adherence and output reliability
• Use visual management to track performance against plan and highlight gaps
• Actively manage constraints and risks during the shift takingtimelycorrective action
• Ensure production activities are carried outin accordance withsafetyqualityand operating standards

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland OH is $75000 to $93000.00 annually. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job type and years of experience within the industry education etc.
