Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Assisting in managing large-scale base building projects, including data centers and industrial developments
• Supporting project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitoring project progress, costs, and quality standards to meet client expectations
• Helping drive safety compliance and ensuring all site operations align with company standards
• Participating in meetings with stakeholders and contributing to decision-making processes
• Maintaining project documentation, reports, and communication with leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• Experience in construction project management or similar role (Assistant PM, Project Engineer, etc.)
• Exposure to large-scale commercial or industrial projects (data centers highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of base building construction processes and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced project environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Highly motivated with a desire to grow into a Project Manager role
