As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry and/or visitor activity while maintaining detailed daily activity logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local responders as needed regarding security-related concerns, hazards, or unusual conditions observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
