What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU and inpatient units, including Med/Surg, Med/Tele, and ED.
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring CRRT, BiPAP, and other advanced therapies.
• Draw labs, insert Chest Tubes, and manage PICC lines independently.
• Conduct patient assessments, administer treatments, and respond to emergent situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in on-call, documentation, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Float across ICU and various inpatient units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and proficiency.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Current KS RN license or Compact license
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
  • Minimum 2 years ICU experience, familiar with CRRT, BiPAPs, lab draws, Chest Tubes, PICC, codes
• Preferred:
  • Experience in critical care settings with advanced therapies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
