Dive Supervisor

We’re looking for a Dive Supervisor who can take the lead. You’ll be in charge of planning and executing all daily diving operations, with a focus on team safety and development. To ensure your success, you will step into this role as a “Supervisor in Training,” completing a comprehensive supervisor training program before jumping fully into the job. This job involves nationwide travel and the chance to represent our company on challenging, one‑of‑a‑kind projects. What You’ll Do Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of divers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Comprehensive Training: Complete our hands‑on supervisor in training program to fully master Midco’s safety standards, operational protocols, and leadership expectations before leading independent field operations. Safety First: Enforce rigorous safety protocols, including conducting daily safety meetings to address site‑specific hazards. Operational Excellence: Plan and execute all daily diving operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet our high standards. Quality Control: Uphold company standards for all customer projects, including cleaning, inspection, repair, and reporting. Communication: Maintain effective communication with your team, upper management, and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Administrative Management: Complete daily paperwork, including logs, reports, and work orders, accurately and on time. Travel and Adaptability: Be prepared for extensive year‑round travel and to work in various climates and demanding conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
