Hours : Monday - Thursday (5:30A - 4:00P)

Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor foundry equipment, including furnaces, molds, and finishing centers.
- Prepare molds and cores for casting according to specifications.
- Pour molten metal into molds and ensure proper cooling processes.
- Perform quality checks on cast components for defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Previous experience in foundry operations or manufacturing (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a hot/cold and noisy environment.
- Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety practices in a foundry setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Teamwork and strong communication skills.
