Client Services Representative

To support the Women's Health and Genetics specialty division, the full-time remote Client Services Representative will act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing patient case information across multiple databases. Key responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients, addressing inquiries and concerns Manage and resolve patient cases by interacting with various laboratory departments and maintaining accurate records Participate in activities aimed at improving employee and customer satisfaction while adhering to quality protocols Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent 3 years or more experience in customer service Experience in managing multiple applications and strong organizational skills Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
