• In-house call coverage -- multiple days per month
• 3 patients seen per 24-hour shift
• 20-minute call response time required
• General CV/thoracic surgery skills required
• Coronary artery bypass (on/off pump) and valvular repair required
• Aneurysm repair, lung resection, esophagus & diaphragm surgeries
• TAVR, CABG, and vascular skills (open & endo) preferred
• Coverage until additional surgeon is recruited
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
