Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of professional, technical, and executive-level positions. Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting platforms. Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and recommendations. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process through onboarding. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring activity. Qualifications 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate preferred). Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting tools. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for IT, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare, or Professional Services roles is a plus. Experience with Boolean search techniques is a plus. Relationship-building and business development mindset. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
